We also allow third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising, including to manage and display ads, tailor ads to your interests, or send abandoned shopping cart reminders (depending on your communication preferences). Our Services allow you to register and log in using your social media account details (like your Facebook or X logins). In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless otherwise required by law.

We will keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as for tax, accounting, or other legal reasons). We will not keep your personal information longer than the period of time in which you have an account with us.

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it. If this is not possible (for example, because your information is stored in backup archives), we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented reasonable security measures to protect the personal information we process. However, no online data transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that hackers or other unauthorized parties will not be able to access, steal, or modify your information. If we learn that we have collected personal information from users less than 18 years of age, we will deactivate the account and delete the data from our records. If you are aware of any data we may have collected from children under 18, please contact us at urbanstyleapparel@customersupport.com.

9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on where you live.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do so by contacting us using the details provided in "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.

This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing done before you withdrew your consent. It also will not affect processing of your personal information done for reasons other than consent, where permitted by law.

If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at urbanstyleapparel@customersupport.com.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting that you can activate to signal your preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. Because there is not yet a consistent technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to inform you how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there is currently no industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
